"Pam was hired as an element of Bausch + Lomb Vision Care’s turnaround strategy. Specifically, a key element of that strategy was to increase our engagement across the spectrum of Eye Care Providers. Pam first worked with a team of sales representatives (roughly 30) who were hand chosen to help re-establish Bausch + Lomb’s leadership presence on the floor of a major Optometry convention. The exercises she and role plays she facilitated resulted in an energized sales force that improved on recruiting O.D.s , creating excitement within the Bausch + Lomb booth space , and seamlessly handing off Professionals to the B+L colleague that could fully answer their questions. Quantitative and qualitative feedback from customers was Outstanding. Here is the proof the point, we hired again."
